CROSS COUNTRY ASSISTANT COACHES (4-8th grades)
Based on experience
We are looking for ASSISTANT COACHES for our JV and Varsity Cross Country Teams for Fall 2025.
Details:
- Season begins mid August and ends mid October
- Practice Schedule
- JV (4-5th grades): Monday's and Wednesday's 4-5:15pm @ Wilson and the Lakefront
- Varsity (6-8th grades): Tuesday's and Thursday's 3:45-5:15 @ begin and end at Sacred Heart, run down to Lakefront
- Meet Schedule
- Most meets are on Saturday mornings/early afternoons with a few meets after school. Hosted in Chicago and nearby suburbs
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assistant Coaches will help execute practice plans, developing the skill of students and ensure their safety
- Able to run 1-2 miles with our JV team and 3-4 miles with our Varsity team
- High school teams and beyond running experience is preferred
